Prepp AI is a 100% digital service — nothing is physically shipped. This policy explains how and when digital products (subscriptions, PDF study material, current affairs) are delivered.
PDF study materials
Available to Pragati and Utkarsh plan subscribers directly from the Study Materials page — no shipping required.
Current affairs digests
Weekly and monthly current affairs are auto-published inside the app and emailed to subscribers on higher plans.
Delivery failures
If a subscription does not activate within 5 minutes of a successful payment, please email us — we manually activate access within a few hours.
No physical goods
Prepp AI does not sell books, coaching material or any physical products. Beware of impostors claiming otherwise.
