Prepp AI is a digital service — there is nothing to physically return. This policy explains when a refund is possible and how to request one.
Pragati (₹69 / 7 days)
Refundable within 24 hours of purchase if you have not used more than 5 AI requests.
Utkarsh (₹169 / month)
Refundable within 3 days of purchase if you have used less than 20 AI requests, or in case of a verified service outage on our side.
How to request
Email preppai.in@gmail.com from your registered email with your transaction ID and a brief description. We respond within 2 business days.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-refundable cases
- Violation of Terms of Service.
- Requests raised after the plan has expired.
- Change of mind after significant usage.
