• Account: full name, email, phone, UPSC target year, gender, date of birth.
• Payment: plan, amount, transaction ID, status, subscription validity. Card/UPI details are handled by our payment gateway and are never stored on our servers.

Your quiz attempts, questions asked, answers evaluated, or topics analysed — all AI tool activity stays inside your browser and is never sent to our servers.

• Deliver and personalise Prepp AI.
• Process subscriptions and receipts.
• Send subscription-expiry, renewal and important account emails.

We do not sell data. We share only with payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay) and email delivery providers strictly to operate Prepp AI.

Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted on request from your dashboard. Payment records may be retained for tax and compliance for up to 8 years as required by Indian law.

Prepp AI is not directed at children under 14. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 14, we will delete it immediately.
